Sunrise Solid Timber Doors are supplied to more traditional markets which prefer solid construction. Timber is kiln-dried to moisture content 8% - 10%.

Sunrise Triple-glazed (TG/IG) Doors are available as triple-glazed brass (TGB) and triple-glazed lead (TGL).

Sunrise M&T Doors are constructed with the traditional mortise and tenon glued and double wedged for total stability.

Sunrise Dowel Doors are assembled using 110mm dowels, which are grooved along their length to ensure even glue distribution and tightness.

Available in timber species: Meranti (Shorea) and Merbau (Intsia Palembanica).

Sunrise External Engineering Timber Doors use D4(B4) waterproof glue. This provides tighter bond and eliminates delamination.

We slice the Meranti and Nyatoh veneers out of premium-grade timber by ourselves using the Marunaka slicing machine.

Available in timber species: Meranti (Shorea) and Nyatoh (Palaquium).
